When I received a postcard in the mail offering to purchase my house for cash, I was very skeptical. But, I decided to see what they had to say. I made an appointment with Robert and Reiko. They arrived on time, toured my home and gave a very professional presentation about their company and what they do. We discussed price and neighborhood values. They said they would get back to me with an offer.

Still being skeptical and expecting a very low ball offer, I was surprised, by that evening, to receive a very fair offer. Still, I checked out their company online to look for scams or complaints. I found no red flags and was happy to see they were rated "A" by the BBB. So, I accepted their offer, all cash, as is, no repairs, close in 14 days and they paid all my selling costs.

Robert and Reiko are such nice people and such a pleasure to work with. They closed on time, stayed in contact and followed through promptly every step of the way. Having sold many homes through the years (I'm a Realtor and work with investors all the time), I can absolutely say that this was the easiest and smoothest transaction I have ever experienced.

A few months ago I was on the verge of losing my house to foreclosure. The auction date was only a few weeks away and my lender was not willing to modify my loan even though my income was improving. I had tried everything so when I received a post card from RT Real Estate Group, I decided to give them a call.

When I met with Reiko and Robert they were both very professional and considerate regarding my situation. They explained the foreclosure process to me and told me about how they could help me stop the foreclosure by buying my house. They could even help improve my credit by ensuring that my mortgage was brought current and payments continued to be made on time.

I accepted their offer and we opened escrow. When we received the title report it was discovered there were two liens against the property including one from the IRS. Fortunately, we were able to get the two liens paid-off and my mortgage brought current so the foreclosure auction was cancelled. At the close of escrow I received some money and they allowed me to stay in the house for a few weeks until I was able to move.

By stopping my foreclosure, Reiko and Robert allowed me to get back on track and prevented a foreclosure from further damaging my credit. I really appreciate everything they did for me and would recommend their services to anyone who is in a similar situation.

Reiko and Robert were very sensitive to our situation at a time when that kind of professionalism and honesty was important to us. They were very straightforward and kept their word just as they said they would. There are a lot of people that seem to be offering help but they are only looking out for their best interest, not mine.

I recommend RT Real Estate Group to anyone going through a hardship and facing a foreclosure. It's refreshing to meet someone who sincerely cares about helping others.

I had talked to an agent and she told me that for her to sell my home I would have to pay between $7,500 and $8,000 to cover her commission and closing costs since I didn’t have much equity. By selling to Reiko and Robert I was able to receive a few thousand dollars and did not have to pay any costs. They were very flexible on the closing date and my move out date.

It was a pleasure working with them on the sale of my house. The process was smooth and simple just like they said. I would recommend their services to my friends and family.
